How influencer agency The Projects* found the perfect staff balance.
Many experienced professionals may cringe at the thought of being offered a job by a couple of 20 something year-olds but Carrie Barker jumped at the opportunity. Carrie (whose former positions include National Sales Director of Pacific Magazines and Managing Director of EMAP) saw the potential, took a risk and dived right in. Barker brought her extensive experience to the influencer agency The Projects* but it wasn’t just her creative savvy that came along – under her guidance, the company has since gained stability, a new, exciting dynamic (thanks to the meeting of her corporate background and new role in a grassroots business) and now has offices in Sydney, LA and London.
