As part of our commitment to producing show-stopping video and campaign work, including TVC’s, we are expanding our production department and looking for a powerhouse Senior Producer to join us part-time (2-3 days per week).
You would be responsible for helping create the best possible film and motion work, managing and coordinating content delivery and integrated campaigns to ensure our services are produced on time, within budget and with an exceptional client experience.
You would work with client services and creative teams in facilitating concept development through to final execution and delivery, showing leadership and proactive initiative. You’ll make quick decisions to facilitate project delivery and are well versed in the legalities and logistics of shooting, leading the approaches through complex shoots.
You are highly organised and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, whilst working under pressure, feeling comfortable multitasking and problem solving across various stages of projects.
You are a positive and energetic team player, with excellent communication and project management skills.
You will encourage and support creativity within the agency, to help bring ideas to life within budget constraints.
You have the ability to inspire the department and the agency more broadly with production knowledge and industry trends, and will identify opportunities for new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the Chello business.

A bit about you:
5+ years experience as a producer, ideally in an agency environment, with both production company and agency producer skillsets
Experience working at pace, managing large-scale complex productions
Experience filming on location, managing logistics, crew & cast, & managing post-production & motion design outputs
Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
Attention to detail to ensure quality delivery on budget & on time
Demonstrates self-management, forward-thinking, and proactivity
Can work both collaboratively with the team or independently
Has a passion for creativity in your approach to every project, and take pride in your work
