In early 2017 we worked with Volkswagen Group Australia to launch a global first, the Customer Experience Summit (CX Summit 2017). The two-day event held in Sydney saw the launch of the renewed focus on customer experience across every touchpoint. We worked with brand ambassador Matthew Mitcham to create an opener to tell Matthew's gold medal winning diving story, how every component of success is built on the small moments.
