Volkswagen’s customer experience team isn’t just obsessed with customers, but employees too. After all, the people who are at the forefront are a significant part of the experience of a brand. We’d worked with the VW CX team over a few projects and when they asked us to brand another blockbuster summit we leaped at the chance.

They’d had a theme in mind: moments. Based on the book The Power of Moments, by Chip and Dan Heath, this conference examined how and why our most cherished memories and experiences are actually summarised by key moments in our minds.
