That’s right, Chello is now a certified great place to work. Now we could have kept the secret to ourselves but we felt it was time to share the love.
For those that have not come across the badge before, Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture. Certification is based on the responses of the entire team as well as a submission including the processes and cultural activities of the business.
And the stats behind the recent survey of all of us:

- 95% of us would strongly endorse Chello to family and friends.
- 100% of us care about each other here.
- 100% of us find management approachable and easy to talk to.

And it gets better. On the back of gaining the certification, we’ve also been shortlisted for the for the 2023 AFR Boss Best Places to Work list, which is beyond anything we could have expected.
