Loreto Normanhurst isn’t just a school, it’s a place where young women grow into strong, compassionate leaders. Our brief was to bring this transformation to life through a brand film that would resonate with prospective families looking for a school to enrol their daughter. Drawing inspiration from the school’s philosophy of developing 'Compassionate Warriors,' we crafted a powerful narrative that captured the essence of Loreto. Shot on location with real students, the final production showcases Loreto’s strong values, stunning campus, and dynamic spirit. The end result was a suite of videos that brings Loreto’s unique vibe to life in a way that feels genuine, fresh, and totally engaging.

Making Loreto shine
Our brief was to create a suite of brand videos that bring Loreto Normanhurst to life, focusing on their unique blend of values; strong Catholic foundations, nurturing compassionate leadership, and a focus on empowering young girls. We wanted to highlight the beauty of the school’s grounds and diverse offerings, and make it clear why Loreto is the perfect place for families seeking a well-rounded, empowering environment for their daughters.

Strength + compassion = compassionate warriors
Through desk research we found that many parents are now seeking a more holistic experience for their daughters when it comes to education. They want schools that foster empathy, character, and a growth mindset, preparing their kids for a meaningful life. This insight guided our approach, making sure the videos highlighted how Loreto Normanhurst nurtures both strength and compassion to help girls develop into confident, compassionate leaders for the future.

Where world collide
We took a deep dive into Loreto’s ethos of 'where worlds collide'; faith meeting future, independence growing with community, and ambition merging with compassion. The hero script was designed to reflect that duality and show the power of these contrasting qualities. To make it feel authentic, we shot on location with real students, capturing the school’s essence in a way that felt fresh and true to their values. We played with some dynamic shooting styles to keep things visually engaging and fun, because school videos don’t have to be boring, right?

Content that speaks for itself
The end result was a 60-second hero video and some punchy social cutdowns. The goal was to hit all the right notes with prospective families, showcasing what Loreto stands for and why it’s a great choice for their daughters. The videos felt real, impactful, and connected with the school’s core mission; creating strong, compassionate women ready to take on whatever comes next.
